Sometimes In the garden and on the outdoor patio of the structure there are our cats Please note: Due to work on the sewerage and water network , carried out by the Borough of Porto Cesareo and AQP (Acquedotto Pugliese),the road to get to the Property and other roads too, will be destabilized. From 15 June all works will be suspended as for Art. 43 of the Police Regulation in order to not create problems to the numerous turists. therefore the road will be resurfaced at the complition of works , after Summer. We are very sorry for the inconvinience caused. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 in the common room. Any requests outside the above-mentioned hours must be communicated to the management in due time. It is forbidden to introduce animals into the B&B. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside in the smoking area. Eating in the room is prohibited. The cleaning of the bathrooms is daily and is included in the price of the accommodations. For energy saving reasons, the towels are changed when they are left on the floor. The change of sheets takes place every three/four days after arrival, as required by Regional Law. Any extra changes have an additional cost. Room cleaning takes place every day from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. It is advisable not to drink tap water, in the fridge in the kitchen there are bottles of water available for guests. Adequate silence must be observed from 12:00 am to 8:00 am. At all other times of the day, behavior must be maintained that respects the tranquility of all guests. Keep all internal and external areas clean and tidy. Any damage caused to the structure of the B&B and/or due to the improper use of additional equipment must be compensated. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00.
